Who apnii dhol na bajaye to kya karey
Dil sokhta sir paara paara ho jiska
Who khaak na uraey to kyaa karey

Why would'nt he talk of pastries and cakes
Water is an abode of fishes
Why would’nt smothered snakes escape
Who could’nt have a cheer of praise
Why would’nt he beat his drums one to make
Head in shreds, heart burnt to dust
Why would’nt he raise storms in his wake!
